Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: refunds cannot be issued to any customer canceling a session with less than 24 HOurs notice. Parental Consent: Required for participants under 18: As a guardian and parent, I understand that I assume full responsibility for my child’s arrival and departure to and from Perfectly Imperfect Ceramics Studio. I understand that Perfectly Imperfect Ceramics Studio shall bear no responsibility for how my child arrives or departs. Liability Agreement: In consideration for being allowed to participate in this event, I release from liability and waive my right to any legal action against Perfectly Imperfect Ceramics, their owner, or employees, contractors, volunteers, and students from any claims, including negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness or economic loss I may suffer or which may result from my participation in this event. Illness/COVID-19: I waive all rights to any legal action against Perfectly Imperfect Ceramics in the event of injury, illness, damages, or loss of personal property not caused by or resulting from the negligence of the owner or attendees in the studio. Preventative measures will reduce the spread of COVID-19 by increasing cleaning and disinfection of areas and equipment and refusing admission to anyone appearing to not be feeling well. I understand that Perfectly Imperfect Ceramics reserves the right to dismiss me from this event for reasons such as, but not limited to signs of illness, disruptive or unsafe behavior at the sole discretion of Perfectly Imperfect Ceramics. Permission is granted for emergency treatment for your child if unable to contact you or emergency contact. Photo Release: I permit my child’s photo to be taken during their in-studio event. I understand that the photos taken by Perfectly Imperfect Ceramics are for the sole purpose of documenting the various experiences offered and may be used on their social media and website.
